JOB TITLE: Thai Chef.

Thai Chef: participate and manage kitchen activities for the preparation and presentation of Thai cuisine; supervise two Thai cooks; develop recipes, menus and manner of meal presentation; determine types, quantity and ordering of ingredients and equipment; ensure the quality of ingredients and meals served; monitor and direct resource allocation within the kitchen; confirm safety, hygiene and governmental standards are maintained; modify and tailor recipes depending on season, clientele tastes and availability of ingredients; manage staff relationships within the kitchen and with front end; and maintain knowledge of changes in the industry. 

REQUIREMENTS: 24 months of experience as any type of Thai commis de cuisine, Thai cook, Thai demi chef, Thai Head Cook or Thai chef is required.  Mon-Fri; 40 hours/week
